This policy explains what information completedentalcenters.com collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Each practice in the group handles its patient records separately, under its own procedures and applicable law.

What this site is

Completedentalcenters.com is the marketing and information website for Complete Dental Centers, a Southern California dental group with four practice locations. The site describes treatments and offices and lets you request an appointment. It is not a patient portal and it does not store medical records.

Information we collect

Information you give us

The appointment and contact forms ask for your name, phone number, email address, the office you'd like to visit, and an optional message. We collect only what you type into those fields.

This site does not collect medical records. Please do not include health details, symptoms, or treatment history in a website message. Share those directly with the office by phone or in person — that is where they belong and where they are handled properly.

Information collected automatically

When analytics is enabled on this site, we collect standard usage data: pages viewed, how you arrived at the site, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. The site is built so that analytics and advertising tags load nothing unless they are actively configured, and advertising-related consent defaults to denied.

How we use information

  • To respond to your appointment request and route it to the office you chose.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website.
  • To measure, in aggregate, whether our pages and advertising are useful.

We do not use website form submissions to build health or advertising profiles about you.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by California law.

Who we share information with

  • The practice office you choose, so it can contact you about scheduling.
  • Service providers that operate the site on our behalf (hosting, form delivery and email, spam protection, and analytics), who may use the information only to provide those services.
  • Authorities, if disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

There is no other sharing.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies: those needed for the site and its spam protection to function, and, when analytics is enabled, measurement cookies that help us understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without non-essential cookies.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you, and receive a copy of it.
  • Request that we delete your personal information.
  • Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the right is yours regardless.
  • Exercise these rights without being discriminated against.

To exercise any of these rights, call any of our offices or send a request through the contact page. We will need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframes California law requires. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Data retention

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable record-keeping, then deleted. Aggregate analytics data does not identify you.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information the site handles. No website can promise perfect security, which is one more reason to keep health details out of web messages.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging care for themselves or their families. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Health information

Messages sent through this website are not medical records and do not become part of any patient chart. Patient health information is managed by each practice through its own systems and procedures, separate from this website.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
