No doctor-patient relationship

Reading this site, sending a message through it, or submitting the appointment form does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship is established only when a practice accepts you as a patient. If you have a medical emergency, call 911. For an urgent dental problem, call one of our offices directly.

Appointment requests

The appointment form sends a request, not a booking. No appointment exists until an office confirms it with you directly. Office-specific details on this site (plans, policies, availability) are provided in good faith, and the office's own confirmation is always the current word.

Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, graphics, logos, and design) belongs to Complete Dental Centers or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print, and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.

Links to other websites

This site links to the four practices' own websites and to third-party sites such as financing companies. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
